The Basic Summary The Help Desk Analyst provides Tier 1 help desk support for One Source Communications IT clients in order to resolve technical PC, server, and network related issues.
Specific Responsibilities
·         Provide first level customer support including troubleshooting basic issues with computer hardware, network/internet connectivity, email, and software applications as well as completing client requests for password and user account administration
·         Create properly formatted tickets for client calls & emails in tracking software as the work occurs
·         Ensure constant service ticket flow by escalating tickets that require higher level assistance
·         Coordinate scheduling of service visits and technician support phone calls to clients
·         Maintain inventory of customer owned equipment in-house and organization of service area
·         Communicate ticket status and document updates to clients and technical staff as needed
·         Provide first level after hours and holiday on-call support on a revolving basis with other staff
·         Ask and gather intelligent questions about the client’s business and accurately document
·         Document opportunities that are discussed or discovered while interacting with clients
·         Perform basic computer hardware and software installations, configurations, and virus removals
·         Keep information regarding our clients, their data, and other sensitive information confidential
·         Create and maintain documentation for client and internal tasks and procedures
·         Study for and pass industry certifications as identified and required
·         Read educational materials as needed and directed for job proficiency
·         Develop and/or revise best practices and processes for Help Desk procedures

Essential Qualifications
·         High school diploma, at least two years of secondary education preferred
·         Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel as far as 75 miles from the office
·         Must be able to work a full-time 40 hour work week which may include after-hours support
·         Exceptional computer and system administration skills on Microsoft based clients and servers
·         Firm understanding of the configuration of basic networking components and peripherals
·         Good verbal and written communication skills for interactions with customers on a daily basis both in person and on the phone
·         Ability & willingness to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a calm demeanor and maintaining a “win/win” attitude

Preferred Qualifications
·         Previous experience as a system analyst, help-desk support provider, or equivalent role
·         Previous experience with procedure writing or other technical writing
·         Intricate knowledge/experience with workstation, server and network diagnostics, repair, and installation
·         Expertise with MS Windows Server, MS Exchange, ConnectWise, or N-Able
·         Expertise with all aspects of Apple OS X
·         CompTIA A+, Network+, and various Microsoft certifications
·         Experience with VDI, virtualization technologies, or cloud hosting
·         Understanding of the fundamentals of DNS, especially as related to mail servers
·         Familiarity with Linux/Unix based operating systems and system administration
·         Familiarity with SonicWALL and / or Cisco firewalls and other appliances
·         Experience with phone wiring and phone switch installation / programming / maintenance
·         CRC preferred

The Basic Summary
This role provides Tier 2 Systems Administrator or Support Engineer services to One Source Communications IT Services group clients. The Engineer should have an affinity for computers and a broad knowledge of various computer and network systems. The Engineer should also the ability to tackle new problems quickly by using available research tools to successfully remedy issues with little supervision.
Specific Responsibilities
·         Provide remote and on-site workstation, server, and network support to a growing list of clients
·         Install, configure and maintain desktop, server and network appliance equipment
·         Design and implement various network infrastructure pieces in an SMB environment
·         Fill various roles as part of a project team to work on various technology-related projects
·         Manage various backup technologies in order to ensure the integrity of client systems backups
·         Update knowledge base in order to provide continuity among other company personnel
·         Communicate ticket status and document updates to clients and technical staff as needed
·         Provide first level after hours and holiday on-call support on a revolving basis with other staff
·         Keep information regarding our clients, their data, and other sensitive information confidential
·         Investigate new technologies for use internally and in client environments
·         Monitor internal and client services for any possible issues and provide issue resolution
·         Interact with clients and vendors over the phone and in person in a professional manner

Essential Qualifications

·         Expertise with virtualization technologies like vSphere and Hyper-V
·         Expertise with cloud hosting providers (AWS, Azure, others)

TAPE TECHNICIANS
·        Monitors/adjusts/cleans all process fiber producing equipment
·        Operates/troubleshoots processes/equipment specific to the secondary stage of yarn production
·        Takes samples and determines properties of the produced intermediate and finished products
·        Maintains records of operating parameters/raw materials used to produce products (computer skills required)
·        Inspects/packs finished product; moves, measures, and maintains inventory
·        A HS diploma and at least 3 years of solid manufacturing production experience.  Longevity at each job held.
·        At least one year of Machine Operation experience required
·        Must be able to adapt to a rotating shift. (12 hours shifts, one week on days and one week on nights.  Work every other weekend.)
·        Must be able to work in a fast paced environment 
·        Forklift experience required
·        CRC required with minimum scores of 4 on Reading for Information, Locating Information, and Applied Mathematics

Warehouse positions

Mega Force Staffing - is now recruiting for Warehouse positions in Greenville.  These positions require recent manufacturing experience, experience operating equipment such as Forklifts, tuggers and/or pallet jacks.  The shift is 12 hours rotating and the pay is $11/hr. 
Other requirements include HS Diploma/GED, clean criminal background (for at least 7 years), ability to pass a drug screen, a formal resume and the following Work Keys test scores:
