Currently seeking qualified individuals for a Forklift/ Warehouse position that will have a permanent hire opportunity after providing high performance as a temporary associate. The position entails driving a forklift, using a computer to review shipping/ receiving needs as well as case picking and palletizing. Previous experience in this field is required. Associates are needed for each shift; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Once hired permanently, must be willing to work a swing shift.

CRC preferred with scores of at least a 4 in each category as well as a 2 in Workplace Observation.

The pay rate will start at $11/hr.

Job Requirements:

 

·         3 years manufacturing experience

·         Mechanical experience

·         Machine operation experience

·         Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment experience

·         Basic computer skills

·         HS diploma

·         Rotating shifts

·         Work in fast paced environment. 

·         Silver CRC  at least

·         Anything above Silver CRC is a plus

·         Previous experience with fibers is a plus

·         Resume required
