Machine Operator/Mechanic

	Individual will be responsible for operating dehydration equipment according to company standards. The operator will also be responsible for maintenance and repair or the equipment.

Qualified applicants will have a Career Readiness Certificate, previous experience operating production/manufacturing equipment, plus the ability to maintain the equipment.

IBM Kenexa assessments Basic Industrial Skills, Mechanical Reasoning, Workplace Safety, and Retention of Information. Candidates will also complete the Work Keys Personal Skills (PSA) Assessment at Pitt Community College.

Minimum Salary: $14.00

Maximum Salary: $16.00

Candidate will complete the company application while in the DWS office and attach a copy of their Career Readiness Certificate. Candidate will then be issued a "Session ID" for completing  the online Kenexa Proveit assessments. Candidate will be referred to PCC Greenville Center to complete the Work Keys Personal Skills Assessment (PSA). OHO will collect applications for delivery to employer.

***The PSA - is offered at the PCC Greenville Center (3107 S Memorial Dr. Greenville NC 27834), in Room 403, on Tuesdays from 5:30p-8:30p, and on Wednesdays 8:30a-11:30a and 1p-4p***

All other offices: 

Once you have the completed application (available from OHO) and a copy of the CRC, contact the Greenville office for a "Session ID"for completing the online IBM Kenexa assessments.  Mail the original application and CRC copy to Pitt County Career Center, 3101 Bismarck St., Greenville, NC 27834. Refer candidate to Pitt CC to complete the Work Keys Personal Skills Assessment.
