Customer Care Specialist / Order Processor Customer Care Department 12/12/13 Do you have what it takes to keep the customer happy? ECVC is looking for a Customer Care Specialist II. Someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly (verbal & written). This person is responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, handle and resolve complaints on the telephone or electronically, in an efficient, courteous, and friendly manner, process “manual” orders, maintain customer satisfaction and help market existing/new ECVC products. Inputs customer data into the service database information system. Must have good working knowledge of computers including Word, Excel, and databases (ACT database preferred). Ideal candidate will possess good problem solving and multi-tasking skills while being detail oriented. Must be a quick learner and be able to deal with frequent interruptions. Good organizational and decision making skills needed. With advanced notice, ability to attend trade shows (6-10 shows/year) featuring ECVC products. Former military background or familiarity with bases helpful. Associates Degree in Office Manager, Business Administration is preferred. Minimum required is 2 years equivalent experience in utilizing his/her skills & abilities to answer customer questions and promote customer satisfaction.CRC certification required.
