Mechanical Assemblers

Mega Force Staffing is recruiting for Mechanical Assemblers for a large manufacturer in Greenville, NC. Individuals will assemble parts from assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and written instructions. Must be able to work with various types of hand and power tools, and must have mechanical assembly experience or automotive related experience. This is a temporary to permanent hire opportunity.
Job Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire opportunity
Salary: $10.00/hour to start, with an opportunity to make $11/hour
Shift hours:
·       1st: 5am - 3:30pm, M-TH (some OT may be required)
·       2nd: 3:30pm - 2am. M-TH (some OT may be required)
Required education:
  • High school or GED
Required license or certification:
  • Career Readiness Certification (CRC); Scores required are a 4 in Locating information, 4 in Reading & 3 in Math

Forklift Drivers

Mega Force Staffing is recruiting for Forklift Drivers for a major manufacturer in Greenville, NC.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Pulling parts from stores & using RF scanner
  • Work from instructions, bills of material, location listings & packing lists
  • Perform duties such as loading, unloading, counting, issuing, delivering, putting up, assisting in stock record keeping, taking inventories
  • Preventative maintenance
Qualified applicants should possess:
  • 3-6 months of Lift Truck driving experience
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • Ability to work from verbal & written instructions, computer listings, pull tickets & other documents
  • Be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly

Positions include:

Shop Manager

The Shop Manager oversees and is accountable for the customer service level, daily operations, profitability and quality control of the SpeeDee shop.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Ensuring each customer has a positive experience
- Making sure all employees receive proper training in product knowledge, sales, customer service and customer relations
- Managing costs of goods and labor to maintain shop profitability
- Implementing appropriate safety procedures

Requirements:
- Commitment to excellence at all levels of service
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
- Automotive and retail experience (minimum two years or comparable management experience)
- Great interpersonal skills and upbeat personality
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to perform basic financial calculations


Fluid Services Technician

The Fluid Services Technician is responsible for all fluid services including oil change, transmission, differential, cooling system maintenance and additional services (e.g. wiper blades, air filters, etc.) He/she communicates with customers, educating them on necessary preventative vehicle maintenance. Additional duties may include courtesy services, and tire repair and replacement services.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Performing preventive maintenance on fluid services equipment
- Explaining SpeeDee programs, services and pricing structure in order to achieve high customer satisfaction and increased revenues
- Attending training sessions that are applicable to the career path and position requirements
- Following appropriate safety procedures and notifying the Shop Manager of safety hazards or needed equipment repairs

Requirements:

- Automotive and retail experience
- Good communication skills and upbeat personality
- Clean and neat appearance
- Valid state driver's license


Services Technician

The Service Technician is responsible for all tune-up, diagnostic and repair services, as well as additional services as directed by the Shop Manager or Assistant Shop Manager.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Ensuring equipment is functioning properly at all times and performing preventive equipment maintenance
- Filling in staffing voids, as directed by customer flow, and assisting in oil change bays when necessary
- Maintaining shop supply inventory and notifying the Shop Manager of reorders as needed
- Developing trusting customer relationships through honest and competent service

Requirements:
- Commitment to excellence at all levels of service
- Advanced automotive experience
- A.S.E. Certification in Engine Performance, Engine Repair and Brakes (preferred)
- Good communication skills and upbeat personality
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
- Clean and neat appearance
- Valid state driver's license


Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining good customer relations and accurately completing service paperwork.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Explaining services and pricing in order to achieve high customer satisfaction, which can lead to increased revenues
- Gathering technical information from the Shop Manager or Service Technicians in response to customer questions
- Presenting all promotional materials to customers
- Maintaining marketing programs, including reminder cards and notices, as directed by the Shop Manager

- Cheerful and friendly communication skills
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic computer and office management skills

Greeter

The Greeter is responsible for establishing and maintaining good customer relations, accurately completing written work orders, providing customers with excellent service and serving as the initial customer contact point.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Greeting the customer
- Writing up customer and vehicle information
- Performing all duties of the Fluid Services Technician as needed
- Presenting maintenance service options to customers
