Job Content and Duties:
·Train and supervise workforce
·Interpret processing instructions and specifications
·Interact well with customers and be a team player
·Comply with NTRM issues
Job Competencies:
·Provide leadership and ensure compliance with company rules and regulations
·Ensure adequate workforce
·Knowledge of ISO certifications and compliance
Education and Experience Required:
·Minimum High School diploma with some college preferred.
·Basic computer and math skills
·Supervisory experience preferred
-Prefer candidates with Career Readiness Certificate
