ECVC - has a job opening for a Team Leader position in the Shipping & Receiving Department.
The
primary function of this position is to be responsible for the use of
effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate,
supervise, manage, and/or train others to accomplish goals. The Team Leader will be supervising shipping clerks, order fillers and all shipping functions. This person will report to the Operations Manager for Production & Logistics. A
candidate with a minimum of five years experience with a single
manufacturing company as a hands on supervisor for the shipment of
freight by both LTL and parcel carriers using a computerized system
such as UPS World Ship or FEDEX Ship Manager shall be considered for
the position. Experienced with shipping hazardous material. Associate
degree from a community college plus five years experience or a high
school diploma or GED with 7 years of experience required. CRC preferred.
